Terms & Conditions

Upon purchasing a book from the Al Waraqoon Website, the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

NUMBER OF ORDERS
A Purchaser is not limited to purchase a minimum or maximum number of books. Purchaser can make a single order, or an indefinite number of orders at one time, or repeatedly.

DELIVERY
Delivery will be processed within 7 (seven) working days from the time of receipt of the book ordered, depending on the availability of stock. If a book is out of stock, it will be classified as a 'back order' unless the Purchaser requests otherwise. All 'back orders' will be processed as soon as stock is available.

PAYMENT
Al Waraqoon will not accept responsibility for the theft, loss or non-delivery of cash mailed by Purchaser for payment of order.

Accounts can be paid through Credimax. Online purchaser will be redirected to the Credimax page through a link within the Al Waraqoon website online purchase page.

Purchaser must:

Enter the credit card details.
Send order through a given link within the page.
Wait for confirmation from Al Waraqoon regarding receipt of Purchaser's order and payment.

This confirmation will be e-mailed to Purchaser within a matter of days, and once received, CONFIRMATION is accompanied by an ONLINE INVOICE and a NOTIFICATION that the processing of order is in progress.

TO RETURN ORDER
A Purchaser may only return a book(s) if it is damaged upon delivery. The book(s) must be returned within a period of 7 (seven) days from the time of delivery, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when delivered. Supporting documentations such as Delivery Receipt must be included. Purchaser must immediately inform Al Waraqoon of the intent to return the book due to damage by mail or by phone:

TO REFUND
A Refund will only be granted to Purchaser upon discretion of Al Waraqoon.

WRONG DELIVERY
In the event that an order is not delivered due to wrong address, and if the discrepancy is committed from the side of Al Waraqoon, then Al Waraqoon shall be responsible for re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the order.
